A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the acceptance <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, <br /> and improvement of drainage, water, sewage, and for fire <br /> protection. <br /> 3) Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other public <br /> utilities. The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as <br /> amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 4) Access to State Route 12 and Thornton Road from all lots shall be <br /> restricted as described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. <br /> 5) A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 6) A landscaping plan shall be submitted for approval. Landscaping <br /> required as part of the improvement plan. <br /> 7) This map is approved for eighteen (18) months . <br /> RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br /> - Certify EIR-77-6 as adequate to cover potential impacts of the project <br /> and forward the project to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation <br /> to approve subject to conditions as recommended by the Development <br /> Committee. <br /> �j�t <br />
