Item No. 9 <br /> PC : 7-16-81 <br /> S-81-11 <br /> Page 4 <br /> - As the Woodbridge Irrigation District will not accept drainage, it <br /> will be necessary to convey terminal drainage via their own facilities. <br /> - Landscaping should be provided in order to beautify the site. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> - On June 24, 1981, the Development Committee reviewed the proposal as <br /> to its conformance with the statutes of the Stat-, and the ordinances <br /> of the County. <br /> - Action of the Committee was to forward the project to the Planning <br /> Commission with a recommendation to certify EIR-77-6 as adequate to <br /> cover potential impacts of the project and to approve subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1) A. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement Standards <br /> and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improve- <br /> ment plans and specifications must be approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to approval of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> B. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to <br /> the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider :,Nall execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> C. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and with ordinance 672 shall be provided within <br /> the subdivision. DeBroggi Road shall be fully improved on the <br /> subdivided side in compliance with County standards. Curbs <br /> - <br /> and gutters shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> 2 ) Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage systems shall <br /> be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> A. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the require- <br /> ments of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvements (development) . The acceptance or approval by the <br /> County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or <br /> his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br /> drainage system. <br /> B. A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply <br /> or offer approved water supply for fire protection in conformance <br /> with Section 9-1831 of ordinance 2634 and the requirements of <br /> the County Fire Warden. <br /> C. The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works. �_• �f��, /�� T T11 7- 11flilid ,C' <br /> D .
