The existing public water supnly must be under a Public water system Permit and <br /> inspection of the Health District. <br /> 2. The existing irrigation well must be Properly sealed at numn base or Pronerly <br /> destroyed under permit and inspection of the Health District. <br /> 3. There shall be no cross-connection between the irrigation well and the Public <br /> water supply unless an approved reduced pressure device is provided. <br /> 4. A new public well must be provided for back-un purposes before a restaurant and/ <br /> or motel is built. <br /> Sewage system of Unit #1 <br /> 1. Septic tanks are to be installed and sized for each proposed business. <br /> 2. A common filter bed is to be installed for the efficient discharge from the septic <br /> tanks. The bottom of the filter bed must be a minimum of five (5) feet above the <br /> static water level . <br /> 3. 1001 replacement area is to be reouired to be set aside for filter bed expansion. <br /> 4. The filter bed area replacement area and commercial development is to remain under <br /> the same ownership until public sewage facilities are developed for Units 1 & 2. <br /> An easement may be required. <br /> 5. Development of a restaurant and/or motel will be sub.iect to the development of <br /> public sewerage for Units 1 & 2. <br /> Sewaae system of Unit f2 <br /> 1. the proposed installation of a packane sewage treatment Plant must be approved by <br /> Regional Water Ouality Control Board.and the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> Jack J.
