alleged complaint.They reported that none of the employees have been sick in the last few weeks. Spoke with the employee <br /> who was preparing food at the time of the inspection. He described and how they prepare the food items consumed by <br /> complainant. Inspected food storage and the coolers freezers. Observed the food items consumed by complainant to be <br /> below 41 F.The jalapeno poppers and fries were in the freezer.The ware wash and hand sinks supplied hot water at 120 F <br /> and 108 F respectively.
