<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Toilet tissue was available in the restroom, but not currently stored inside the permanently installed
<br /> dispenser. Maintain the dispenser stocked at all times and in good repair. Correct today.
<br /> The door handle for the employee restroom is broken and the door will not close all the way without being forced.
