Per Manager, he is aware of the complaint but has not received any <br /> similar complaints. Per chef,food is cooked every 2 days. Leftover food is cooled and then reheated the next day. <br /> Upon inspection, a MAJOR temperature violation was identified. The chicken tikka masala(55F)was discarded.A few food <br /> items(stew and hard boiled eggs)are warmer than 41 F.
