V. An offer of dedication of groundwater rights is required. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) A recommendations of the soils engineer that were included in the Soils Report <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction drawings. <br /> (2) Provide a copy of the Soils Report to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.S.C., Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading <br /> plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - SU-91-6 <br />
