' h <br /> 5. MONTEZUMA FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The developer shall meet the standards of NFPA Title 13 and the Uniform Fire Code in <br /> regard to the following: <br /> (1) Size of the water main. <br /> (2) The distance between fire hydrants. <br /> (3) Hydrant markers on roadways. <br /> 6. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC: <br /> a. The developer shall dedicate a 10-foot-wide public utility easement along all street <br /> frontages within the subdivision. <br /> 7. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> b. The District's dust control practices shall be implemented during the construction <br /> process. <br /> C. The applicant shall designate a person to maintain adequate records of the District's <br /> mitigation measures. <br /> 8. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: <br /> a. The use of reflective materials that impair aircraft pilot vision is prohibited. <br /> 9. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents,officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 10. STOCKTON METROPOLITAN AIRPORT: <br /> a. The applicant shall grant an Avigation Easement to the County. <br /> NOTE: On October 24, 1991, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved SU-91-6 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - SU-91-6 <br />
