BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-82- 1132 <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-82-3 <br /> AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NO. PUD-82-1 OF LOS <br /> RANCHOS COUNTRY ESTATES (c/o SCHACK & QUARTAROLI) , WEST OF <br /> TRACY, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATH' OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on May 20, 1982, the Planning Commission of <br /> the County of San Joaquin, State of California , by Resolution <br /> PC-82-77, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. 5-82-3 <br /> and Planned Unit Development Application No. PUD-82-1 of <br /> LOS RANCHOS COUNTRY ESTATES (c/o Schack & Quartaroli) , for a <br /> 59 lot rural residential subdivision, on the south side of <br /> Von Sosten Road, 992.65 ' west of Hansen Road, west of Tracy, <br /> County of San Joaquin; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 1, 1982, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of July 1, 1982, at the hour of 2 :00 p.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 1, 1982, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did take said nwttcr under submission, with the hearing closed, <br /> in order for the Health District and the Public Works Department <br /> to submit more information on said matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br /> visors that Subdivision Map No. 5-82-3 and Planned Unit <br /> Development Application No. PUD-82-1 of LOS RANCHOS COUNTRY <br /> ESTATES be, and they hereby are , approved as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the Improve- <br /> ment Standards and Specifications of the County <br /> of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must <br /> be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to approval of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not <br /> completed prior to the approval of the Final <br /> Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement <br /> with the County of San Joaquin, insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year <br />
