k <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with <br /> Section 1612 of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance <br /> 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Von Sosten and Hansen Roads shall be fully <br /> improved on the subdivided side in compliance <br /> with County standards. <br /> The subdivider shall pay users fees for the <br /> utility services from the time the improvements <br /> are accepted by the County to the end of the <br /> fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the <br /> case may be. <br /> 2. A. Compliance with Board Order #76-4201 : <br /> Drainage requirements within Rural <br /> Residential Subdivisions shall be as follows : <br /> 1) Frontages in excess of 100 lineal feet <br /> will provide for drainage on each <br /> individual lot--street grades will be <br /> designed with the edge of pavement (12 <br /> inches) higher than lot elevations, with <br /> shoulder graded to conform to the lot <br /> elevation at the right of way line; (or) <br /> 2) Frontages in excess of 100 lineal feet <br /> shall provide for street and local <br /> drainage by conforming to minimum grade <br /> requirements and convey runoff to a <br /> ponding area by asphalt curbs (6-inch <br /> berms) , conforming to lot elevation <br /> at top of berm. Lots shall be graded <br /> to drain to the roadway. <br /> B. The drainage system shall meet the require- <br /> ments of the County and provide adequate <br /> drainage for the improvements (development) . <br /> - 2 - <br />
