'The acceptance or approval by the County <br /> of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer or his engineer of the responsibility <br /> of providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> C. Sewage disposal system or methods shall <br /> conform to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District and Ordinance 549. <br /> 3. Public utility easements shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone <br /> and Telegraph Company, and all other public <br /> utilities. <br /> Underground utilities are required pursuant to <br /> Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634; location shall <br /> be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance <br /> 2634. <br /> 4. A six foot (6 ' ) safety, no-climb, fence shall be <br /> constructed along the West Side Irrigation District <br /> Canal to restrict access. The design to be <br /> approved by the Planning Department and the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 5. The minimum net lot area shall be one (1) acre. <br /> 6. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, <br /> as prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, <br /> as amended, the developer shall contribute fees <br /> of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 7. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in <br /> Section 9-1507 of ordinance No. 2634, as amended, <br /> shall be required. <br /> B. This map is approved for eighteen months. <br /> 9. Local Health District: Subject to the require- <br /> ments of Ordinance 549; including : <br /> A. Eight foot soil profile on Lots 8, 18, 36, 42 <br /> and 52. <br /> B. Percolation tests required on Lots 1, 4, 7, <br /> 11, 14, 16, 20, 23, 25, 29, 32, 25, 39, 43, <br /> 45, 50, 52, 54 and 59. <br /> 3 - <br />
