Item No. 3 <br /> DIC 9-30-81 <br /> S-82-3 <br /> Page 4 <br /> B Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the San Joaquin Local Health District and Ordinance 549. <br /> C The storm drainage system shall be maintained, operated and improved <br /> as necessary by a County Service Area. The County Service Area shall <br /> be formed prior to the consideration of the Final Map. <br /> 3) Public utility easements shall be as renuired by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other public <br /> utilities. <br /> Underground utilities are required persuant to Section 9-1730 of <br /> Ordinance 2634; location shall be as preFcribed in Section 9-1732 of <br /> Ordinance 2634. <br /> 4) A fence shall be constructed along the West Side Irrigation District <br /> canal to restrict access. <br /> 5) The minimum net lot area shall be one (1) acre. <br /> 6) In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in <br /> Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, the developer shall <br /> contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 7) A Preliminary Soil Report , as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance <br /> 2634 , as amended, shall be required. <br /> 8) This map is approved for eighteen (18) months . <br />
