He is presently nego- <br /> tiating financing, and together with the application for bonding, <br /> expects to meet the July 29, 1984, deadline but as a precaution <br /> is requesting a one-year extension. <br /> The proposed time extension would coincide with the State <br /> Subdivision Map Act , which now allows a tentative map to expire <br /> in 36 months. <br /> x + s <br />
