Von Sosten Road <br /> Tracy, California 95376 <br /> RE: S-82-3, PUD 82-1 <'•1�, 1n``„'nN <br /> Los Ranchos Estates <br /> Dear Mr. Moss: <br /> At the meeting of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Committee on January 20, 1982 it was agreed that a dialogue would <br /> commence between the concerned property owners in the Lammersville <br /> area and the developer relative to the concerns of water and drainage. <br /> Subsequently on February 9, 1982 a meeting was held at the Lammersville <br /> School and I am now informed that the residents of the area will <br /> meet on February 23 to further discuss this matter. <br /> At the Community meeting of February 9 I agreed not to <br /> set the matter for hearing until such time that concerns could <br /> be heard and mitigations studied. I am concerned however with the <br /> intervals between each meeting and the potential for a long process. <br /> I feel it is essential that the frequency of these meetings be <br /> substantially increased and I will be looking forward to hearing <br /> from you and or your group at an early date as to a timetable in <br /> this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> W.
