A plot <br /> plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the proposed subdivision is <br /> presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION <br /> We understand that the proposed Unit 2 will consist of forty-three lots. The lots <br /> are planned to be used as single-family residential units.
