Additional details of the proposed <br /> construction are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purposes of our soils investigation have been to explore and evaluate the <br /> surface and subsurface soil conditions at the site, and to provide recommendations for <br /> use in design. The scope of our services was outlined in our phone conversation of <br /> August 20, 1983. Our services were performed based on your verbal authorization. <br /> This report contains the following information: <br /> 1. Plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate <br /> locations of the site, percolation tests and borings <br /> made for this investigation. <br /> 2. Logs of borings. <br /> 3. Results of laboratory tests. <br /> 4. Results of field percolation tests. <br /> 5. Recommendations for site preparation and grading. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> At the time of our field explorations, the site consisted of a cross slope of <br /> approximately 2 feet per 100. The site was occupied by remnants of a tomato crop, <br /> grass and weeds. Unit 2 is south of Von Sosten Road and is bound on the east by <br /> Unit 1. <br />
