Each lot will have on-site sewage and storm water disposaL
Site grading is expected to be minimal with cuts and fills of less than approximately
24 inches anticipated to achieve final grades. Additional details of the proposed
construction are not known to our firm at this time.
PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION
The purposes of our soils investigation have been to explore and evaluate the
surface and subsurface soil conditions at the site, and to provide recommendations for
use in design. The scope of our services was outlined in our phone conversation of
August 20, 1983. Our services were performed based on your verbal authorization.
This report contains the following information:
1. Plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate
locations of the site, percolation tests and borings
made for this investigation.
2. Logs of borings.
3. Results of laboratory tests.
4. Results of field percolation tests.
5. Recommendations for site preparation and grading.
SITE CONDITIONS
At the time of our field explorations, the site consisted of a cross slope of
approximately 2 feet per 100. The site was occupied by remnants of a tomato crop,
grass and weeds. Unit 2 is south of Von Sosten Road and is bound on the east by
Unit 1.
