It should be changed to a unique name. "Los Padres" <br /> should have separate names for each section. <br /> - A fence along the West Side Irrigation District canal should be provided <br /> to prevent accidents. <br /> - Elevation of the roads to prevent flooding of the pavement will block the <br /> natural drainage flow to the northeast. This may cause localized flood- <br /> ing during severe storms. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> - On September 30, 1981, the Development Committee reviewed the project as <br /> to its conformance with the statutes of the State and the ordinances of <br /> the County. <br /> - Action of the Committee was to forward the project to the Planning <br /> Commission with a recommendation of approval subject to the following: <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the <br /> County of San Joaquin Department of Public works prior to approval <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the <br /> approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement <br /> with the County of San Joaquin, insuring the completion of improve- <br /> ments within one (1) year after filing the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 of Ordinance <br /> 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Von Sosten and Hansen Roads shall be fully improved on the subdivided <br /> side in compliance with County standards. <br /> The subdivider shall pay users fees for the utility services from <br /> the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of <br /> the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, ayls, the case may be. <br /> 2 . a. Storm drainage shall be conveyed to a storm pond. Lot grading <br /> and storm drainage improvements shall be part of the improvement <br /> plans. <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and <br /> provide adequate drainage for the improvements (development) . <br /> The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system <br /> does not relieve the developer or his engineer of the responsi- <br /> bility of providing an adequate drainage system. <br />
