The .acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer or his engineer of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. B. Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the requirements of the San Joaquin Local District and Ordinance 549. C. The storm drainage system shall be maintained and operated as necessary by a county Service Area. The County Service Area shall be formed prior to the consideration of the Final Map. 3) Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other public utilities. Underground utilities are required pursuant to Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634; location shall be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance 2634. 4) A six foot (6 ' ) safety, no-climb, fence shall be constructed along the West Side Irrigation District Canal to restrict access. The design to be approved by the Planning Department and the Department of Public Works. 5) The minimum net lot area shall be one (1) acre. 6) In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. 7) A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. 8) This map is approved for eighteen months . 9) Local Health District: Subject to requirements of Ordinance #549, including: A. Eight foot soil profile on lots 8, 18, 36, 42 and 52 . B. Percolation tests required on lots 1, 4, 7, 11, 14, 16, 20, 23, 25, 29, 32, 35, 39, 43, 45, 50, 52, 54 and 59. 10) Each lot fronting on Von Sosten and Hansen Roads shall contain an automobile turn-around or back-up area. RECOMMENDATION Review proposed method of storm drainage, water supply and sewage disposal, and make any necessary revisions to the recommended conditions.
