Street classifications for streets within Rural <br /> Residential Subdivisions be designated as: <br /> a. n nor Residential or Cul-de-Sar, Streets with <br /> a $0-foot wide right of way and 32-foot wide all <br /> paved section. <br /> b. Residential Collector Streets with a 60-foot wide <br /> right of way and !t0-foot wide all paved section. <br /> 2. Drainage requirements within Rural Residential Sub- <br /> divisions shall be as follows: <br /> a. Frontages in excess of 100 Lineal Feet will provide <br /> for drainage on each individual lot--street grades <br /> will be designed with edge of pavement (12 inches) <br /> higher than lot elevations, with shoulder graded to <br /> conform to the lot elevation at the right of way <br /> line , (or) <br /> b. Frontages in excess of 100 Lineal Feet will provide <br /> for street and local drainage by conforming to <br /> minimum grade requirements and convey runoff to a , <br /> ponding area by Asphalt curbs (6-inch Bens) , con- <br /> forming to lot elevation at top of Beau.
