INTERNATIONAL PARK OF COMMERCE SPECIFIC PLAN•PHASE 2 JUNE 24, 2022 <br /> 6 . 15 MAINTENANCE <br /> The maintenance of the roads, landscaping, and <br /> other public utilities, detailed in the Specific Plan <br /> will be funded by the special district as required <br /> by the county. The special district will hire the <br /> required operators necessary for each utility <br /> system. The special district will also establish <br /> user rates to be collected monthly by each <br /> tenant to fund the ongoing maintenance, repair <br /> and replacement of the facilities serving the <br /> development. <br /> Once the County has accepted street <br /> improvements, the County will maintain all <br /> improvements within the street Right of Way. <br /> The property owners will be responsible for <br /> all landscaping behind back of walk and within <br /> proposed landscape setbacks. Utilities will be <br /> maintained by the appropriate service providers. <br /> Drainage basins, inlets and detention structures <br /> will be maintained by the property owners. <br /> 6 . 161MPLEMENTATION <br /> Conditions of approval relating to Specific Plan <br /> Improvements will be imposed on Development <br /> Review and subdivision map applications for the <br /> Specific Plan Area property. <br /> CHAPTER 6 <br /> 6-25 <br />
