Manager was aware of complaint. Per manager the employees that handle cash don't handle food or make drinks, they have packers that package the food and another employee that takes orders and makes drinks at the drive-thru. Per manager for the employee at the front counter handed the customer cups for the self-serve soda machine after handling money and did not make drinks or handle food. All hand washing facilities had soap and paper towels available. All food handler cards and food manager certificates were current. Discussed report with Florentina Barraza, Manager. No signature captured. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.
