Secondary containment, if present, for integrity and damage and accumulation of petroleum inside secondary <br /> containment. <br /> 8.4 INSPECTION RECORDS <br /> Records kept in accordance with this Plan include inspection and testing records,documentation of spill events,and <br /> employee training records. These records are kept in the environmental and safety training file cabinets in the main <br /> office and/or in digital files on the Facility file server(I:\ ENVIRONMENTAL\Hazardous Material\SPCC). All SPCC <br /> inspection records shall be retained for at least three years in accordance with 40 CFR§112.7(e)(8). <br /> 8.5 CONFORMANCE WITH LOCAL APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS (40 CFR 112.7(J)) <br /> The discharge prevention measures and oil spill countermeasures described in the SPCC Plan meet the pertinent <br /> technical requirements promulgated under the State of California Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA)that <br /> went into effect on January 1,2008. The requirements outlined in the APSA are satisfied by having a SPCC Plan. <br /> San Joaquin County,through APSA,requires the following: <br /> 1. Notify San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department of the Aboveground Storage Tank(s)by completing <br /> an Aboveground Storage Statement form. <br /> 2. Pay a facility fee to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> 3. Prepare and implement a federal SPCC Plan which must follow the sequence outlined in 40 CFR Part 112, <br /> beginning with 112.7(a). <br /> 8-4 202204_DTEStockton-SPCC_RPT.docx <br />
