Emailed Jason Morgan of Ancon Services, asking him if FLORIDO <br />Ancon also disposed of the used absorbent generated by Caltrans on the date of <br />the incident, and if yes, was the used absorbent disposed with the excavated soil. <br />03/23/2021 Printed and organized complaint documentation. FLORIDO <br />03/24/2021 Received an email from Jason Morgan indicating that Ancon picked up and placed FLORIDO <br />the used absorbent, generated by CalTrans, into the bins used for the excavated <br />soil on the day of the soil remediation project, for disposal. <br />02/07/2022 Reviewed narrative. Reviewed email received on 3/23/21 from Jason Morgan of <br />Ancon Services who states Ancon disposed of the absorbent CalTrans generated <br />on the date of the incident with the excavated soil. Disposal records for this waste <br />were previously received and reviewed. <br />Printed and organized remaining complaint documentation.
