Received photos and video of <br />cleanup from Marvin Mears. <br />Completed 1/13/2022 narrative. <br />Created prop 65 <br />Completed compliant information. <br />Discussed complaint with Haza Saeed, lead senior. <br />Called Bob Machado and confirmed that he received the notice to abate. He said <br />he would dig the contaminated soil out of the ground and dispose of it at the San <br />Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste Facility. Bob also had questions on <br />the invoice that will be generated from the incident. <br />Updated Melissa Nissim, program coordinator. <br />Discussed the complaint with Haza Saeed and he said that he had Covid-19 <br />concerns regarding the site visit scheduled for 1/20/2022. Sent an email to Marvin <br />Mears <mmears@lmfire.org> discussing the concerns. <br />Inspected the contaminated area during a hazardous waste inspection and <br />confirmed completion of cleanup. Several hundred pounds of diesel contaminated <br />soil was dug up and put into a trailer to be taken to the San Joaquin County <br />Household Hazardous Waste facility. <br />Received final disposal records from Eleni Machado <bemachado4©verizon.net> <br />for the diesel waste. Sent a reply backing wanting to confirm that all of the waste <br />was disposed of. <br />Received an email from Eleni saying: Yes we dropped off the entire amount of dirt <br />in the trailer on Saturday.
