Underground Storage Tank <br /> Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br /> 9. COMMENTS <br /> Hydrostatic testing was performed for T1-T5 STP sumps, T1-T5 Fill Sumps, UDCs for Fueling <br /> Points 1-18. Pressure Testing was performed for 87 Product Secondary, 87 Syphon <br /> Secondary, and 91 Product Secondary. **Pressure test was also conducted for Diesel product <br /> line that runs from Trans Sump to Auto UDCs. Auto Side Diesel is being fed from ASTs that <br /> also feed Truck side.** Tanks annular space is constantly being monitored by wet sensors. <br /> Failures: <br /> -UDC 1/2: Tear in Diesel penetration. Repair & Retest needed. <br /> -UDC 5/6: Tear in Diesel penetration. Repair & Retest needed. <br /> All other testing passed at this time. All liquid was removed, test boots were pulled back in <br /> tested containments, and sensors placed back at the bottom. <br /> All tests marked "Fail"and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br /> the COMMENTS section. <br /> Page 5of5 <br />
