The owner of APN 209-130-69 shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right-of-way along the south property line of APN 209-130-69 . (A $200. 00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to-be offered for dedication) . g. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #2 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #2 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
