Woodbridge Road shall be fully improved on the subdivided side in compliance with County standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout the subdivision. 3. Access to Woodbridge Road shall be restricted as described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. A fence shall be constructed along said right of way. 4. The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements_ off_ -the Local _Health..District, the Department of Public Works and the Woodbridge Sanitary District. 8. Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E., P.T.&T. and all other public utiliti-es. The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. 9. The minimum net lot area shall be 6,000 sq, ft. 10. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. 11. This map is approved for 18 months. 12. The subdivider should agree to and shall pay users fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period as the.case may be. 13.
