Recommend Meadowbrook Drive and Meadowview Drive as <br />60' rights-of-way and all other streets 50' rights-of-way. Restricted <br />access on all lots adjacent to Woodbridge Road to remove double <br />frontage lots. Split 30' strip between Lots 34 and 35 and make strip <br />part of subdivision, otherwise fenced strip will be catch for all <br />litter/debri/junk with no maintenance by anyone, and will result in <br />fire hazard. <br />- Flood Control <br />- Local Health District - conditions: <br />1. Connection to a Public water Supply is required. <br />2. Connection to a Public Sewer System is required. <br />3. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored <br />and removed in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br />#877 and #1481. <br />- Air Pollution Control District <br />- LAFCO <br />- Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company <br />- Pacific Gas and Electric Company - The Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company has an existing 10 inch gas main along the westerly boundary <br />line of the subdivision. The gas line is within a 20 foot right- <br />of-way, shown in blue on said map, granted by virtue of the deed <br />from Elizabeth Nipkau to PG&E dated July 11, 1956 and recorded in <br />Book 1896 of Official Records at page 281, San Joaquin County <br />Records (copy attached). PG&E approves this map provided no fences <br />are erected within or across our easement, and if any cuts or fills <br />are to be made within the easement, PG&E must first review and <br />approve the excavation plans, we are also requesting that the final <br />map dedicate 5 foot P.U.E.'s along all lot frontages as shown in red <br />on said map„ <br />- Lodi Unified School District -,The Lodi Unified School District is <br />opposed.tq the 104 unit residential subdivision, and to the rezoning <br />due to the impact a new subdivision will create on our already over- <br />crowded schools. <br />The K-6 student's from the proposed subdivision will attend Lakewood <br />School. The instructional capacity of this site is 478 pupils and <br />the maximum capacity is extended to 580 through the interim extra <br />load of 102. <br />The enrollment as of 12-19-80, is 545 pupils, and planning maps have <br />been received which are estimated to yield an additional 450 students <br />upon completion of the subdivisions. The 52 additional students from <br />this project will bring the total to 1047, or an increase of 467 pupils <br />over the 580 student spaces available. <br />
