There are no street stubs in the area. <br /> The surrounding parcels have been developed. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> This project is a seven-lot Major Subdivision. The proposal is <br /> to subdivide 12.6 acres into rural residential lots containing a <br /> minimum of 1 .5 acres each. <br /> Site access will be provided as follows: <br /> ° Lot 1 will have access from Hildreth Lane. <br /> ° Lots 2 through 7 will have access from a public road to be <br /> constructed north from Hildreth Lane. <br /> The following services are proposed: <br /> • Sewage disposal by private septic tank/leach field systems on <br /> Individual lots; <br /> ° Water supply by private well systems on individual lots; and <br /> ° Storm drainage by a public terminal line to serve the entire <br /> subdivision. <br /> The Department of Public Works recommends a public water system <br /> for the subdivision. The applicant ' s other service proposals are <br /> consistent with staff ' s recommendation. <br />
