The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans. <br /> f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> 4. Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements are to be dedicated <br /> along all street frontages. <br /> b. A five-foot-wide overhang easement is to be provided along <br /> the easterly boundary lines of Lots 6 and 7 on the final <br /> map. <br /> c. Leach fields are to be kept outside of the public utility <br /> easements. <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> c The tentative map shall be revised so that the final map <br /> provides Lots 4 and 5 with- a minimum lot width of 100 <br /> feet, as measured at the 50-foot front yard point. <br /> b. Leach field sewage disposal areas shall not be shown on <br /> the final map. <br /> c. The future development of subdivision lots shall comply <br /> with the flood regulations of the Planning Title. <br /> d. Arrangements for the payment of in-lieu park fees must be <br /> approved by County Counsel prior to the filing of the <br /> final map. <br /> e. School development fees must be paid to the Lodi Unified <br /> School District prior to the issuance of a building permit <br /> on each subdivision lot. <br />
