A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County Department of Public Works. <br /> The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 36 for <br /> the operation and maintenance of the drainage facilities. <br /> i. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific <br /> Gas and Electric Company and any other public utility com- <br /> panies. <br /> J . All utilities serving the development shall be <br /> underground. <br /> 2. Local Health District : <br /> a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br /> percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br /> required for Local Health District approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> b. An improvement plan must be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Local Health District prior to the approval of the <br /> final map, and it must show the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Show the location of the sewage disposal area on each <br /> parcel . <br /> (2) he applicant must tie into the Morada Acres Water <br /> 1 System adjacent to this subdivision or provide a <br /> public water supply. <br /> (3) Show the location of existing septic systems and wells <br /> within 150 feet of the proposed project site. <br /> (4) Show the location of storm drainage facilities. <br /> c. Any existing septic systems or wells which may be present <br /> in the project area and which are to be destroyed must be <br /> abated under permit and inspection of the Local Health <br /> District. <br /> 3 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> i <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earth material. <br />
