An emergency information <br />management system used to display information in the EOC, <br />DOCs, and EBCC and provide situational awareness for the EMT <br />during the course of an Operational Emergency. <br />CQT Consequence Assessment Team <br />DHS Department of Homeland Security <br />DOC Department Operations Center.
