Item No. 13 <br />P/C 6-16-77 <br />s-77-12 <br />Page 6 <br />12) The water tank shall be landscaped under a development plan approved <br />by the Planning Director. <br />13) The limited access along Vernalis Road shall be fenced. <br />14) The Developer shall provide one street tree per lot (Comply with County <br />Planting standards on planting of trees and submit to Parks and <br />Recreation for approval of the plan.) <br />15) Lot A should have a minimum width of 25' and a snipe at the intersection <br />16) Approval of Cal Trans District X Office of acceptance of any County <br />road drainage resulting from this development into the State of <br />California drainage facility. <br />17) Development not to impede the drainage swale which presently traverses <br />the property. <br />
