-ior to consideration of the final map. <br />5. Subject to the requirements of the Local <br />aalth District: <br />A. San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549, <br />including the following: <br />1. Sewage disposal areas on each lot <br />as determined by percolation <br />tests, are to be shown on the final <br />map. <br />2. Provided the developer retains con- <br />trol of all construction for the <br />entire subdivision, the minimum sewage <br />disposal area for each lot will be <br />permitted to be located within five <br />(5) feet of a property line with the <br />exception of Lot 2. The septic tank <br />and minimum sewage disposal area on <br />Lot 2 shall be located at least one <br />hundred feet (100') minimum lateral <br />distance from the public water well on <br />Lot A. <br />3. The minimum sewage disposal area <br />required for each lot shall be recorded <br />on the deed as a restriction on land <br />use. <br />4. It is recommended that the deed <br />restriction on the land use aspect <br />relative to the sewage disposal area <br />be published in the Real Estate <br />Commissioner's Final Report for the <br />subdivision. <br />5. The developer shall file a Waste <br />Discharge Report with the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board, Central <br />valley Region. <br />
