Copy of manifest is attached <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Faded to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of fuel contaminated liquid was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with <br /> a blank hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of fuel contaminated solids was observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> with a blank hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information. the <br /> words -Hazardous Waste', name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II, <br /> #605 Hazardous waste labeling <br /> Response: Photos below are current condition of hazardous waste drum label for liquid and label for solid <br /> hazardous waste.
