b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br />and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br />details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />c. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />f. A grading permit is not required if the grading consists <br />of a fill less than one foot in depth and placed on <br />natural terrain with a slope flatter than five horizontal <br />to one which does not exceed 50 cubic yards on any one lot <br />and which does not obstruct a drainage course (U.B.C., <br />Section 7003). <br />7. Lathrop County Water District: <br />The developer shall provide the District with all plans of <br />water/sewer lines, pay all fees, and meet all specifications <br />and requirements of the Lathrop County Water District. <br />Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SU -87-10) <br />
