P/C 11-16-72 <br /> ITEM NO. 11 TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION LAND MAP NO. S-73-3 <br /> OF KAISER-AETNA (c/o ChanceWong) , for a 60 <br /> lot subdivision, on the southeast corner of <br /> Woodbridge Road and Augusta Road, Woodbridge, <br /> in an R1-U Zone. <br /> - The subject property is zoned R1-U which permits lots of the <br /> size proposed. <br /> - The property was rezoned on August 3, 1972 by the Board of <br /> Supervisors. <br /> - The property contains a single family residence. <br /> - All streets are proposed to be 50 ' wide. <br /> - The Rl-U zone would permit 2 family dwellings on corner lots. <br /> OTHER CONSID ERATIONS <br /> - As required by State law an Environmental Impact Regrt has <br /> been filed with this subdivision application. <br /> - On November 6, 1972, the Development Committee considered this <br /> Tentative Subdivision Map. It was moved and seconded and <br /> carried by a unanimous roll call vote to approve the applicatmn <br /> subject to: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> mquirements of the County of San xaquin. <br /> 2. Easement for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E. , <br /> P.T.&T. , and all cther public utilities. The pro- <br /> visions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, <br /> shall apply. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works prior to considera- <br /> tion of the final subdivision map. <br /> 4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with <br /> standards and requirements of the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to consideration of the final subdivision <br /> map. <br /> 5 . Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works . <br /> 6. Sanitation systzm or mehtods shall conform to the <br /> District and the 1hpartment of Public Works. <br /> 7. An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire <br /> hydrants and connections shall be installed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> d <br />
