Proceed- <br /> ings for the formation of the maintenance district <br /> shall be initiated prmr to acceptance of the final <br /> subdivision map. <br /> 9. The minimum net lot area shall be 6,000 sq. ft. <br /> 10. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as <br /> amended, the developer shall contribute fees of <br /> equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 11. Well site to be screered (Lot A) . <br /> 15 . Lots 43 and 44 not to be buildable sites until such <br /> time as an approved terminal drainage system had been <br /> constructed. <br /> 16. Test wells to be drilled and a report submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval of the depth <br /> of the water well supply. <br /> 17. Connection to the water system of the Mokelumne Acres <br /> Subdivision, or construction of two p+ablic wells. <br />
