The Santos Ranch Citizens Group will prepare the application at
their expense and deliver said application to the Sun Joaquin County
Public Works Department for review by 9:00 a.m., 20 August 1984.
2. At the time the grant
is accepted by San Joaquin County the Santos Ranch Citizens Group
will deposit the projected local share (25% of the estimated work
plan cost) with the County of San Joaquin.
3. The grant application preparation, application processing and planning
study work will be done by Moldenhauer Engineering Company of
Davis, California - the Santos Ranch Citizens Group's Engineer in
accord with state and federal requirements for the Clean Water
Act Grant in question. The work contract will be between the San
Joaquin County and Moldenhauer Engineering Company. The Santos
Ranch Citizens Group and their attorney reserve the right to review
and concur with the terms of the study's Work Plan.
_ Time is of the essence since the application must be filed with the State
Water Resources Control Board, Sacramento California by 5:00, 20 August
1984.
