1 0 v j <br />Santos Ranch Citizens Group <br />16 August 1984 <br />Page 2 <br />The purpose and goal of this grant funded plan is to provide the following <br />information in a professional, engineering manner: <br />1. Document the existing conditions at Santos Ranch in respect to <br />ground water quality and to investigate/document sewage treatment <br />and disposal of leachate as currently exists at Santos Ranch project <br />future effectiveness and reliability of the existing septic tank and <br />leaching systems, determine the current and projected future impacts <br />of septic tank and leaching systems on the existing and future ground <br />water supply in the vicinity of Santos Ranch and Los Ranchos County <br />Estates, in San Joaquin County. <br />2. Prepare two or more alternative plans for providing water supply <br />and sewage treatment and disposal at Santos Ranch Development. <br />3. Prepare cost estimates for the best apparent plan to provide services <br />determined in Item 2. above. <br />4. Prepare a financial plan for implementing the best apparent plan, <br />including identification of funding sources and project sequencing <br />to provide adequate public services as needed. <br />
