Missing description of duties of each title,job title, <br /> summary of training, and trainer is trained with proof. <br /> -Annual refresher is required. <br /> Per Jesse Diaz, the training record does not include duties of each job titles and summary of training. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br /> signed (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years.
