An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $1, 517 . 00 per 1, 000 <br /> gross square feet of building as "Warehouse" in the Manteca <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it can not be driven over, <br /> parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and can not <br /> contain any underground utility lines. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 <br /> and 7 . 8, California Government Code, and Title 14 , CCR. <br />
