An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee is $1, 517 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as "Warehouse" in the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. d. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and can not contain any underground utility lines. e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8, California Government Code, and Title 14 , CCR.
