CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-52 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> f. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> g. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central <br /> Valley Region. The application forms can be obtained form the <br /> Environmental Health Division. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the <br /> contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific <br /> test requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> h. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> i. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain an EPA <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> 4. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation of filling of earth material: <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7005 (1) . <br />
