CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-52 <br /> PAGE FIVE <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br />
