Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare,,or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> This finding can be made because the Department of Public Health Services regulates <br /> water and septic system requirements, and the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board regulates wastewater discharge requirements. The requirements of the Fire <br /> Marshal also ensure that the project will not be significantly detrimental to the public or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can be made because with the Conditions of Approval the proposed use will <br /> not interfere with or alter the current agricultural uses on adjacent properties. Farming <br /> operations on adjacent properties shall continue as usual.
