Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development as determined by the <br /> Nitrate Loading Study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> F. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The existing well was constructed under permit#88-2606 in 1988. The water quality <br /> may have to be tested for California Code of Regulations, Title 22 requirements prior to final <br /> occupancy approval from Environmental Health Division. <br /> G. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> H. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br />
