400 HARMONY WYNELANDS IS AN APPROPRIATE SITE FOR MARKETING EVENTS Harmony Wynelands is proposing 25 marketing events per year with a focus during the months of March through October. Each event will have a maximum of 120 guests per event. Events are generally scheduled on Saturdays with an occasional event on Fridays or Sundays, one per weekend. Parking All issues regarding parking are being mitigated by providing adequate parking on-site. Harmony Wynelands is providing 38 parking stalls with 10 overflow stalls. Harmony Wynelands utilizes a parking attendant at all events for coordination of parking and traffic flow. Harmony Wynelands retains permission from an adjacent landowner to provide parking for up to 50 cars for special events. Dust All parking areas and access areas will be surfaced with chip seal eliminating dust from traffic. Noise Harmony Wynelands is isolated from adjacent residents as the closest residence is approximately one-quarter(1/4)mile from the proposed winery. Harmony Wynelands' event area is surrounded by noise barriers including a two-story residence (Hartzell's), to the west a two-story barn, to the east a storage structure, and the proposed winery to the south. Mature trees and foliage surround this entire area. Outdoor amplified sound has been directed towards the existing residence and away from the nearest adjacent residence one-quarter(1/4)mile away from Harmony Wynelands. All amplified sound will cease by 10:00 p.m. San Joaquin County Noise Ordinance (9-1025.9) limits noise levels during outdoor activities between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. emitting from impulse noise, single note noise, or noise consisting primarily of speech or music to meet the following standards. • Hourly Equivalent Sound Level (Leg), dB 45 • Maximum Sound Level (Lmax), dB 65 1 334202-4
