B. MARKETING EVENTS. <br /> 9.It is difficult to describe the purpose for each marketing event. In general all marketing <br /> events will focus on selling our Harmony Wynelands wine to the consuming public. <br /> 10. On an annual basis Harmony Wynelands will be open from April through October. <br /> We will be both open to the public and by appointment. For the months of <br /> November, December,January, February, and March we will be open by <br /> appointment only. <br /> 11. Wine Marketing events will occur on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, April through <br /> October. Experience will tell us if we can justify being open additional days each <br /> week. <br /> 12. We do not have any experience doing wine tastings,but we presume we will host <br /> between 20 and 50 individuals each day. For major wine marketing events such as <br /> wine industry functions, private dinners,receptions etc, we would anticipate between <br /> 75- 100 individuals at each event. <br /> 13. The anticipated hours for normal wine tasting events for the public will be from 10- <br /> 11 AM to 5 PM. Evening events will be held from about 6 PM and conclude no later <br /> than 10 PM. <br /> 14. There may be amplified sound,depending on the nature of the marketing event. <br /> 15. We hope that most wine marketing events will be profitable through the sale of <br /> Harmony Wynelands Wine and through other revenue sources. <br /> FOOD SERVICE <br /> 16. Small pieces of cheese,and crackers will be served at most wine tasting events. <br /> There may be events where fancy horsd'oeuvres and a sit down meal will be served. <br /> 17. Cheese and crackers will be prepared on site. All other food will be prepared off- <br /> site. <br /> 18. There is an old stove on the back porch of the facility-which is used by some caterers <br /> for keeping o _ot. Otherwise there are no kitchen facilities existing or proposed. <br /> There are eating areas both indoors and on the patio. <br /> 19. We plan to sell all the wine that people want to purchase. We will have an ample <br /> supply. <br />
