MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRE-APPLICATION NO. SU-01-3 OF JAMES& EILEEN <br /> JF DARRAH (C/O THOMPSON-HYSELL ENGINEERS). A Major Subdivision pre-application <br /> for a seventy (70) lot residential subdivision. Located on the east side of Rainier Avenue, on the <br /> south side of the Caleveras River, Stockton (APN: 109-110-12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19; Address: 3540 <br /> N. Rainer Avenue, Stockton). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner: Michael Persak, Thompson-Hysell Engineers; Greg Erickson, Willow Equities; <br /> Wayne Burns, WB Constriction, and Charlie Simpson, Insite Environmental were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed the Development Committee memo. Mr. Martin informed the applicants that a secondary access <br /> will be required. <br /> Mr. Martin asked the applicants if a Cultural Resources study had been made. Mr. Simpson indicated yes, and that he <br /> would submit the survey with the application. Mr. Simpson indicated that they did a General Biological Survey and that <br /> there is a secondary report in preparation at this time that will be submitted at the Reclamation Board with the levee <br /> application, it will also be submitted to the San Joaquin Community Development Department. <br /> Mr. Burns indicated that they Nvould be eliminating any living houseboats and they would only be having day cruiser's. <br /> Mr. Burns does not feel that thev need to supply sewer to every dock. Mr. Borges informed the applicants the ` <br /> Development Title requires a pump out station that w111 service the area. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Division requirements. <br /> The applicants and.staff discussed the Department of Public Works memo. <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />
