(AGI) has this Work Plan for the property located at 980 East Louise <br />Avenue, Lathrop, California. This work plan has been prepared as required by the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) application for a boring/well <br />permit. On-site structures and proposed soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> <br /> <br />1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />As part of a potential property transfer, AGI will advance borings at the site for the <br />collection of soil and grab groundwater samples. <br /> <br /> <br />2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />AGI proposes to advance a total of four (4) soil borings at the site to depths of 15 feet <br />below surface grade (bsg). Borings will be advanced in the northwestern portion of the <br />parcel, in the field south of Louise Avenue. Soil and grab groundwater samples will be <br />collected from each boring. <br /> <br /> <br />2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />Applicable site assessment drilling permits will be obtained from the EHD. Also, a site- <br />specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared prior to field work. Prior to mobilization, <br />each soil probe boring location will be clearly marked, and a utility clearance obtained
